With over 35 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Patricia Primero is known for her compassion, expertise, and lifelong dedication to advancing oral health. Inspired from a young age while spending time in her mother’s dental office, she turned a childhood dream into reality when she founded The Smile Fairy Dental Spa in Naples.

Dr. Primero began her career in Miami in 1991 before relocating to Naples in 1999. Her reputation for exceptional care has earned her a remarkably loyal patient following, with many patients traveling from across South Florida to remain under her care.

She was recently inducted as a Fellow of the International College of Dentists (ICD), one of the highest honors in the profession, recognized for her commitment to professional distinction and service worldwide.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Primero serves as Co-Chair of the West Coast District Dental Association (WCDDA) Delegation to the Florida Dental Association (FDA) House of Delegates, helping shape the policies that guide and protect the dental profession in Florida. Over the years, she has also served as a delegate and alternate delegate and held numerous honorary positions within the Collier County Dental Association, including President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, Program Director, and Newsletter Editor.

A lifelong advocate for service and education, Dr. Primero actively participates in programs such as Christina’s Smiles, Florida Missions of Mercy, and Give Kids a Smile, and has provided pro-bono dental care in rural and underserved communities in Colombia, South America. She has also served as a mentor and educator for dental assistants through the Lorenzo Walker Technical Institute and as a Boy Scouts of America Dental Badge Counselor.
